BASIC REQUIREMENT

University degree qualification (Telecommunication, Electrical/ Electronics
Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent)

Preferred years of experience in related field:

Minimum 10 years for Managed Services Head of Network Operation

Minimum 7 years for Project Manager, Manager

Minimum 5 years for Team Leader, Senior Engineer, Solution Architect,

HR Analyst, Competence Development Specialist.

Minimum 3 years for Engineer, Solution Integrator

Literate in IS/IT

Fluent in English (oral/written), additional languages would be an advantage

Sharp analytical thinking and problem solving skills

SENIOR NETWORKS & MULTIMEDIA ENGINEER – CORE & IMS (CODE: NME-CI)


To support Ericsson Customer Division during pre-sales activities, in Wireless Core & IMS technical product solution and design. This includes preparing the wireless core network design (for 2G, 3G and the future wireless technology), delivering the solution proposals and presenting the product, solution and design to customers.



Ideal Candidates: Solid experience in Core (MSS, HLR/HSS, GPRS) & IMS Network Design; Exceptional knowledge in GSM/WCDMA; Exceptional knowledge in Core & IMS network design techniques and product solution; Highly developed knowledge in TCP/IP and IP Backbone; Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.


SENIOR NETWORKS & MULTIMEDIA ENGINEER – RADIO (CODE: NME-R)


To support Ericsson Customer Division in GERAN/WCDMA Radio network products and solutions in preparation of tender/bid and deliver radio network solution proposal, nominal cell planning, traffic capacity dimension and simulation, radio propagation model tuning and frequency/codes plan.



Ideal Candidates: Solid experience in GSM/WCDMA Radio Network Design and Performance Improvement (ND/NPI) with extensive knowledge on NPI activities in real live GERAN network is a must (WCDMA field experience is an advantage); Exceptional knowledge and skills in GERAN/WCDMA Radio ND/NPI techniques, products, features & tools; Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.


CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER - MULTIMEDIA & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION (CODE: CPM-MMSI)


To manage assigned Multimedia & SI customer projects and to securethat project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled and thatthe customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scopeof the contract.



Ideal Candidates: PMP certification from PMI is preferred; Solid experienceof project management in the Telecom or IT industry (VAS, IN, Charging,Mediation, Billing, Messaging, Streaming, Portal and 3G Application);Exceptional project management skills; Highly developed skills of relevanttools (Verdi, MS Project, etc); Highly developed leadership, team buildingand decision making skills; Highly developed consultative skills andpresentation skills.


SOLUTION ARCHITECT - IN & CHARGING (CODE: SA-IN)


To ensure competitive IN & Charging solutions are provided to customers, as solution proposals in an advise service, as offers in the sales phase or as delivered solutions in project.



Ideal Candidates: Solid background in telecommunication industry as technical sales & consultant (focus on IN, Prepaid and Charging areas); Excellent understanding of telecom operator processes in the assigned areas; Highly developed knowledge of Service Layer/Value Added Services, Access, Core & Transport Networks; Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.


SOLUTION INTEGRATOR (CODE: SI)


To secures planning, design, installation, configuration, testing and integration of the solution delivered to the customer.



Ideal Candidates: Proficient in implementation system integration efforts (VAS, IN, Charging, Mediation, Billing, Messaging, Streaming, Portal and 3G Application); Highly developed telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, Charging concepts, etc); Good knowledge in various Operative System, Databases, Development Language, Protocol, Application/Solution and different platforms knowledge; Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.




:: MANAGED SERVICES ::


MANAGED SERVICES HEAD OF NETWORK OPERATION (CODE: MS – HNO)


To manage network operation for multi-vendor equipment, specifically in the area of GSM and/or WCDMA telecommunication networks, include responsibilities to manage SLA, network defects and outages to resolution and accountable for network KPI fulfilment beside interface with customer.



Ideal Candidates: Solid experience in network operational with Core Networks, Radio Networks and/or Transmission Networks; Have strong management skill and excellent leadership.


MANAGED SERVICES NOC MANAGER (CODE: MS – NOC)


To manage Network Operation and Maintenance in the area GSM and/or WCDMA telecommunication networks include responsibility in routine activities within Back Office and Front Office for network performance as per KPI contract, i.e. trouble ticket management, network topology, traffic and back up handling and performance reporting.



Ideal Candidates: Solid background in core, access and network parameters; Excellent in people management and communication skills.


MANAGED SERVICES O&M ENGINEER (CODE: MS – OME)


To perform Operation and Maintenance activities for area core/access network in the area GSM and/ or WCDMA telecommunication networks, includes handle emergency case, perform traffic observation, statistic analysis (system prints out/ log) and node integration (assist software patches and hardware upgrade/ expansion).



Ideal Candidates: Familiar with Ericsson system & tools; Have willingness to work on shift.




:: CUSTOMER SUPPORT ::


SUPPORT ENGINEER - MSS (CODE: SE – MSS); UTRAN (CODE: SE – UTRAN); VAS/IN (CODE: SE – VAS/IN)


Support engineer responsible in handling customer complaints and service requests from customers, provide pro-active support, participates in product/system introduction and roll-outs and maintain good relationship with customers. He/she shall provide the contracted customer support services according to established processes like CSR Handling and Network Configuration Management.



The ideal candidates are one who willing to work outside normal office hour and solid background in following details:



  • Support Engineer – MSS: excellent competence on troubleshooting in MGw and MSC Server (3G Core Nodes), Core Network Analysis, and all call flows.

  • Support Engineer – UTRAN: excellent competence on troubleshooting in RNC, RXI, and Node B (3G RAN nodes), Access Network analysis.

  • Support Engineer – VAS/IN: excellent competence on troubleshooting in SCP, SDP and surrounding IN nodes, Intelligent Network analysis and prepaid call flow.





:: RADIO ACCESS IMPLEMENTATION ::


TRANSMISSION ENGINEER (CODE: TRM – ENG)


To gather all data related such as design, installation data, testing and integration of different nodes. Ensuring that testing and integration are performed as planned and verifying that nodes are working. These include the responsibility of pre-site preparation, installation supervision, configuration appropriate network elements, systems and integration of applicable HW and SW to a network.



Ideal candidates should have solid background in implementing Ericsson Minilink Equipments.


RBS ENGINEER (CODE: RBS – ENG)


To gather all data related such as design, installation data, testing andintegration of different nodes. Ensuring that testing and integration areperformed as planned and verifying that nodes are working. These includethe responsibility of pre-site preparation, installation supervision,configuration appropriate network elements, systems and integration ofapplicable HW and SW to a network.



Ideal candidates should have solid background in implementing EricssonRadio Base Station.


INSTALLATION ENGINEERING ENGINEER – POWER PRODUCT (CODE: PWR – ENG)


To secures the engineering and design of power equipment and accessories to power up RBS and Transmission Equipment.



Ideal Candidates: Solid background in power engineering for following products : AC power generator set, AC power distribution system, rectifier, AC to DC converter, AC power filter, DC power system, battery backup system; Excellent competence in engineering and drafting (manual or AutoCAD).




:: HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATION ::


HR ANALYST (CODE: HR – HA)


To perform analysis on various HR programs, with the priority of workforce planning strategy and deployment. Responsible in capturing the HR needs from our Internal Customer, do forecasting and conduct implementation.



Ideal Candidates: Solid experience in recruitment, manpower planning and people retention with Telecommunication or IT Industries, University degree in Psychology or Industrial/Telecommunication Engineering from reputable University, preferably having Master Degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology.


COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (CODE: HR – CD)


To develop, roll-out and evaluate company initiative in Talent Management, Career Management, Succession Planning, Knowledge Management and other responsibility related with competence management.



Ideal Candidates: Solid Telecommunication industry exposure and or experience, with education background in HR Management, Psychology or Engineering. Experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Career Management, Succession Planning, Job Analysis and Competency profiling with excellent skills in conceptual thinking and facilitation. Experience in implementing training, OJT, sharing knowledge, e-learning and mentoring
