RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be responsible in managing all recruitment & selection activities, include : sourcing, selection & placement for all level of positions
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years experience in recruitment field
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in HR Management or Psychology
- Able set-up recruitment strategy, job specification & man specification
- Good competence to manage the interview
- Good analytical and strong interpersonal skill
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Able to organize administrative jobs
- Able to work under pressure
