INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE)
Responsibilities;
- Obtain necessary information to support recommendation to Yard Management or in response to corporate management request
- perform work studies and process mapping
- Prepare and maintain accurate work standards with measure work processes and recommendation for improvements.
- Analyze work force utilization, work flow, facility layout, and process flow chart.
Requirements;
- Degree in Industrial engineering (fresh graduates are welcome)
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience are preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skill, easygoing, confident, brave, willing to speak up
- Proficient speaking and writing in English
- Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment in Batam
